MEET CHLOE
Chloe is in the zone when she is working on People; how to lead them, manage them, train them, retain them, you name it. Through her 12 + years in HR, she has had her hand in all aspects of HR from recruiting to payroll, benefits, retention, performance management, and more. In order to dig in deeper to the People aspect of businesses, she has become a Business Performance Coach and Executive Culture Coach, coaching employees and execs on how to do and be their best. Another passion of Chloe`s is project management, which she loves to take on as often as she can.

MEET TAYLOR
Taylor had her first job at 12 years old and has worked in various industries ranging from accounting to food and beverage. Taylor is all about accumulating knowledge and mastering various sets of skills such as budgeting, planning, and bringing to life projects and ideas. Taylor tends to gravitate towards administrative type roles because they allow her to have a pulse on all aspects of the business and jump in when needed. Taylor`s attention to detail and persistent approach to problem solving are skills she applies when keeping businesses in line and information accounted for.

Chloe and Taylor both come from business backgrounds; business e-commerce and HR respectively. They have worked in both small and large organizations, favoring the small ones. Combined, they possess skills in marketing, management, accounting, project management, all things HR, and communications. It wasn`t until they found themselves being approached by up and coming businesses to help with start up; developing processes, establish foundation, etc. that they discovered their niche.
The V-Suite was born to address a gap in the business market. Entrepreneurs creating a business seek advice and support from three groups; low-cost oversees virtual personnel, high cost experts who offer a single service ie. marketing company, or hire on employees with the added cost of office space, payroll, etc. etc. What The V-Suite offers is the sweet spot; remote, freelance staff that supply all important office services; bookkeeping and accounting, website creation, social media, and HR.
